24th September 2025
It is planned that the new 60,000 litre fuel tank will installed in October 2025.
Access to “A” arm will be along the Cafe front and then via the park. This will only be while we run new power and services for “A” arm. Unfortunately the restricted area (marked in red) and the driveway from Vista Street will be unavailable during the tank installation process which will be for the month October. We apologise for any inconvenience.
From 29th September no fuel will be available for the same period of time (October, 3 to 4 weeks)

Dear Marina Members,
As part of the ongoing marina fuel system upgrades, we would like to inform you that associated civil works will be taking place in the existing lower carpark area.
These works are scheduled to commence on Monday, 29th September 2025, and are expected to continue for approximately four weeks.
During this period, the lower carpark from the Marina Office northwards will be inaccessible to vehicles. However, pedestrian access will remain open throughout the works.
For members and visitors requiring disabled access, please enter via the main entrance and use the internal lift to reach Baybreeze Café or the Sapphire Rooms.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our facilities.
